SCREENSHOTS OR UNAUTHORIZED SAVING OF IMAGES FROM GALLERIES ARE NOT PERMITTED. THESE ACTIONS VIOLATE THE TERMS OF USE AND COMPROMISE THE SUSTAINABILITY OF PROVIDING TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES WITHOUT UPFRONT FEES.

ANY PLAYER FOUND TO HAVE IMAGES OBTAINED THROUGH SCREENSHOTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GALLERY. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THEIR IMAGES CAN BE REPUBLISHED. ANY FUTURE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THAT PLAYER WILL ALSO REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BEFORE BEING SCHEDULED OR ADDED TO THE GALLERY.

ADDITIONALLY, ANYONE FOUND REQUESTING THE REMOVAL OF WATERMARKS FROM IMAGES FROM THIRD PARTIES WILL NO LONGER BE PERMITTED TO USE MY PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES. 

CONDITIONS ON USE OF WEBSITE.  Dana Leigh Photography makes this website (the “ Website”), including all photographs, images, downloadable portfolios, graphics, moving images, text, sound, illustrations and software available through the Website (collectively, the “Content”), available for your review subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, and any changes to this document that Dana Leigh Photography may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Use”) and further subject to the Privacy Statement on the Website.

OWNERSHIP; RESTRICTIONS. This Website is owned and operated by Dana Leigh Photography. All content is owned by Dana Leigh Photography and/or certain third party content providers. All elements of this Website, including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and all other laws protecting intellectual property rights including contract law pursuant to this agreement. No Content or portion thereof may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, scanned, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without Dana Leigh Photography’s prior written permission, except that you may view the Content on any single computer monitor for review purposes only, provided you keep intact, without change all images and copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices.

ALLOWED USAGE OF DIGITAL DOWNLOAD(S) OF IMAGES

After purchase of digital images, client will receive a Print Release delivered to their email. The print release will include the following allowed usage: 

Dana Leigh Photography, the sole copyright owner of the photo(s), gives full permission to the person in the photograph and their family to reproduce the image. This reproduction may take place at any service center they choose or by any means they may have at their disposal.

Photo usage is limited to personal items such as Photo Prints, Albums, Books, Mugs and T-Shirts. 

We do not give permission in any way for the images to be used for any commercial purposes such as retail or commercial advertising. They may not be resold in any digital or print form either alone or incorporated into any form of production, publishing or marketing.
