We recommend booking as early as possible. Team rosters and schedules should be submitted at least two weeks before photo day.

Parents pre-register using a private gallery link and receive a notification when images are ready. Our galleries are See Before You Buy, so there are no paper order forms or pre-order packages.

Organizations will receive an info link to share with parents at least two weeks prior to photo day. It will include dates and times along with the Pre-Registration link. 

Teams & Team Banners

Once we begin, the process is fairly quick. On average, we will need approximately 1-2 minutes per player for the photoshoot regardless of whether a traditional or composite shoot is selected. If a virtual shoot is chosen there is no need for players to wait around after their photo. If a traditional team photo is chosen, we can decide to shoot this either before or after all the individual photos have been taken. Teams should be scheduled in 15-minute increments to keep everything moving smoothly and on time. 

Seniors

Allow at least 5 minutes for each senior photographed. 3 to 4 image poses are taken of each senior, and they will choose their preferred banner image on site. Banner image choice may not be changed after we leave the premises. Please schedule seniors in groups by their specific sport. 

Teams

All images will be uploaded to an online gallery in approximately 10-14 days. Parents will receive text and emails that their photos are ready to view and purchase. All orders are shipped direct to parents so no worries about getting them distributed.

Senior Banners

Banners will be delivered to the school usually within 10-14 days after photo day. They are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature of acceptance at the time of delivery.

Our online gallery offers a variety of affordable print packages, digital collections, specialty products, and à la carte items to fit every family's needs and budget starting at $28.

Because parents can view all images before purchasing, they only pay for the products they truly love.

Senior banners start at $60 and are available in a variety of sizes to fit your school's needs.

To maintain a consistent look, all banners for the same team or group must be ordered in the same size.

Prices below are for 13 oz. vinyl banners. They are also available in 15 and 18 oz. Get in touch for pricing.

Ordering & Payment

Senior banners are ordered and paid for in advance to reserve banner production. An online ordering link will be sent to coaches, athletic directors, or program directors to share with seniors and their families. The link will also include your online gallery access code.

For your convenience, cash or check payments will also be accepted on-site on photo day. Payment for senior banners is due on or before photo day.

A Media Day Experience is a high-energy, professional photo session designed to showcase each athlete's personality, confidence, and love for their sport. Unlike a traditional picture day, athletes are photographed individually in multiple dynamic, sport-specific poses to create bold, modern images with a professional media-day look.

Each athlete receives a private online gallery where families can view and purchase their favorite images. Schools can also add Media Collections featuring high-resolution athlete images and professionally designed graphics for social media, schedules, game days, senior recognition, player spotlights, websites, and other athletic promotions.

It's more than picture day—it's an opportunity to create standout images and content that celebrates your athletes and your program throughout the season.

How Much Is the Media Day Experience?

Rather than requiring the school to pay a large upfront photography fee, participating athletes reserve their Media Day session with a Media Day Credit. The full credit is applied toward purchases from the athlete's online gallery.

Athlete Media Day Credit

Seniors — $150 per athlete
Underclassmen — $85 per athlete

The full amount becomes a gallery credit and can be applied toward digital images, prints, packages, and available specialty products.

Each athlete's Media Day session includes multiple dynamic, sport-specific poses and expressions. Once galleries are released, families can view the finished images and choose how they would like to use their credit.

School Media Collections

Schools and athletic departments can also purchase Media Day images and ready-to-post graphics for use throughout the season.

MEDIA IMAGE COLLECTION — $500

Includes high-resolution Media Day images of participating athletes with usage rights for the school's athletic department, website, social media, and promotional materials.

This option is ideal for schools that have their own graphic designer or social media team and simply need professional athlete images to create their content.

MEDIA + GRAPHICS COLLECTION — $850

Includes everything in the Media Image Collection plus 8 professionally designed custom graphics featuring your athletes and school branding.

Graphics may include schedule announcements, Game Day, starting lineups, player spotlights, senior recognition, Player of the Game, sponsor recognition, team announcements, and more.

COMPLETE SEASON MEDIA COLLECTION — $1,200

Our most comprehensive option for programs that want a larger collection of professional, ready-to-post content throughout the season.

Includes the complete high-resolution Media Day image collection, school promotional usage rights, and up to 20 custom graphics designed using your school's colors, logos, and branding.

Graphics can be used for schedules, Game Day, player spotlights, senior recognition, awards, championships, sponsor promotions, special announcements, and other season-specific content.

Can Parents Still Purchase Their Athlete's Photos?

Absolutely! Every participating athlete will receive access to an individual online gallery where families can view their finished Media Day images and use their Media Day Credit toward the images and products they love.

Additional purchases may also be made beyond the original credit amount.

Image & Graphic Usage

School Media Collections include usage rights for the school's athletic department, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

Dana Leigh Photography retains copyright to all photographs and graphic designs.

A makeup date may be scheduled if enough athletes are unable to attend. Senior banner makeup sessions require a minimum of five seniors.
